OnRec and Kennedy Team Up This Fall For A High Impact Recruiting Conference
Posted by JasonAttendance at conferences has been down significantly this year across most industries, some reported between 50%-75% fewer attendees with the economy as the main driver. In response, OnRec and Kennedy Information are teaming up this fall for what they are calling “Two Industry Powerhouses, One High Impact Event”.
I am looking forward to the event in November, and will be facilitating a session on Talent Management ROI with Penny Meier, one of my Colleagues. We will be taking an in-depth look at measuring ROI as it relates to Talent Acquisition & Diversity, as well as delivering some easy-to-implement strategies.
As of now there are over 35 topics, with 60 speakers lined up. I’d rather be in Orlando in November vs. Chicago, but location aside it should be a great event!
