The Monster.com NFL Director of Fandemonium
Posted by JasonYou watched the Super Bowl. Maybe for the game, or for the ads. Both Monster.com and CareerBuilder were going head-to-head to gain traffic to their sites, build awareness, and get in front of the growing unemployment rate.
This year, Monster was also building awareness for their re-designed site. Late last year, they pledged to revolutionize online recruiting. They also “posted” a job for fans everywhere - The NFL Director of Fandemonium.
32 finalists will be chosen and will each win 2 tickets to their favorite NFL team’s 2009 home games and a trip to New York City to interview for the grand prize of $100,000, a spot at next years Super Bowl coin toss and the illustrious title of NFL Director of Fandemonium.
