   Jason - Re when to post your job - In tracking data I consistently saw that Monday and Tuesday afternoons were the most trafficked. The data was amazingly consistent! My team and I used to guess that people returned to work on Monday and realized “wow, life could be better” so would begin searching for jobs once they’ve caught up and had lunch. We saw this on corporate website traffic as well as job posting results.
